The latest Suzuki Swift was officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Showcase two thousand seventeen in March.
For the latest supermini, there will only be a five-door option with Suzuki opting to ditch the less practical three door.
It has never been one of the fatter competitors in the supermini category, being incapable to hit the heights the Ford Fiesta or Vauxhall Corsa could.

The basic SZ3 Dualjet model comes with a 1.2-litre engine paired with manual transmission.
Standard equipment on the SZ3 includes six airbags, air conditioning, leather steering wheel, DAB radio with Bluetooth and four speakers, rear privacy glass, LED daytime running lights, 15-inch wheels, figure coloured door mirrors and front electrified windows.

Opting for the SZ-T model you get a 1.0-litre Bosterjet engine and manual transmission, rear view camera, smartphone link display radio, 16-inch alloy wheel and front fog lamps glass.
Upgrading to the SZ5 adds air conditioning, 16-inch alloys, satellite navigation, Advanced forward detection system, keyless embark and entry and electrified real windows. A six-speed automatic transmission is an optional extra.
The fresh Swift is shorter than its predecessor however the wheelbase is longer which creates more interior room, including a twenty five per cent large luggage capacity at 265-litres.
It is also lighter than the last car with a kerb weight of 890kg, which weighs 120kg less than overall than the previous model.
