Rockport City Manager Kevin Carruth has confirmed that a woman was pulled from debris in Rockport and has died from injuries incurred when Hurricane Harvey delivered a direct suck to the petite fishing and tourist community. Limited details are available at this time. However, Carruth told KRIS six News the female’s assets was found by Texas Task Force two in a secondary sweep of Key Allegro Island over the weekend. The woman was transported to a local hospital and was later pronounced.
